West-Eleven offers much more than just an empty gallery and a set of keys! As publishers of Art in London - London's only dedicated art magazine - we include free independent editorial promotion for your exhibition and / or a large full colour display advertisement. Art in London is distributed through commercial art galleries across Central London, major London art fairs, Tate Modern, Tate Britain, Royal Academy, Serpentine Gallery, Courtauld Institute, Mall Galleries, major hotels throughout Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Kensington and direct mailing to wealthy homes in Belgravia, Kensington, Chelsea, Holland Park, Notting Hill and Hampstead. We will also endeavour to get promotion for your show within the local glossy magazines and newspapers, we will provide access to our extensive mailing list (subject to conditions) and will include free website promotion on both the West-Eleven website and the Art in London website - London's leading art exhibitions site.
We will also provide assistants to serve drinks, etc. for your opening night if required and process credit card payments on your behalf.
The Covent Garden Gallery gallery is available for hire on a weekly basis from Tuesday 9am to Monday 1pm.

Gallery Hire Summary
The cost of hiring the gallery is a flat fee of £2250 for the First week.
Second week: £1750.
Third week: £1500.
Fourth week: £1000.
The above prices are fully inclusive of the following (there is no commission on sales):
The exhibitor will have his or her exhibition previewed on the Art in London and West-Eleven websites in the weeks running up to the opening, to include a selection of images, artist's statement and biography.
West-Eleven will send out Press Releases to relevant local and national publications.
A display advertisement and / or editorial feature will be placed in Art in London. Artwork produced free of charge, or provided by the artist.
West-Eleven will assist in the production of invitations and brochures, if required. (printing costs not included). Our relationship with our printers and our in-house design service will assure you of the best service and value.
West-Eleven will process credit card payments, if required, on the artist's behalf.
West-Eleven will provide full access to our mailing list (subject to conditions) and send out electronic invitations/e-mail press releases to our extensive client database.
Unlimited private view evenings (wine glasses provided) plus substantial storage facilities and private office.

Payment Structure
25% of hire fee to secure the booking
Balance due 7 days prior to exhibition dates
If a late booking is confirmed less than eight weeks before the agreed hire date, the full hire fee will be payable.
Security deposit of £500 is payable when the final balance of the hire becomes due. Any facility charges, or any loss or damage to
the gallery whether it is directly or indirectly attributable to the hirer, will be deducted from the security deposit as will all long
distance or international telephone calls.
No VAT is charged if the space is rented without staffing. If you require us to staff the exhibition then VAT will be applied at 15%
to both the rental fee and additional services. The prices listed above are exclusive of VAT.
Occasionally, West-Eleven will offer to promote the work of the exhibitor at some of the Art Fairs in which we exhibit or through our own regular exhibitions.
